ABOUT THE WARRIORS
The Warrior’s Basketball club began in 2007 with just one Under 8 team.
By 2009 the club was formally registered and a group of dedicated committee members joined and focused on the club’s development. Through regular formal committee meetings and dedicated fundraising events the club has been able to meet all its financial obligations and oversee the expansion of the teams from the original 1 to 29 teams, as at March 2025.
The St Pauls Warriors Basketball club strives to instil good sportsmanship, valued participation, and health and wellbeing from the most junior player right through to the team’s teenagers.
Joining the club enables children and parents to be part of an inclusive sporting organisation that not only teaches its athletes the fundamentals of basketball skills but encourages them to make lifelong friends.
