Committee Members Needed
Due to natural attrition, our club ran this past year with a committee at the bottom end of what would be considered practical. To have a reasonable size committee that allows for knowledge sharing, diverse ideas, future attrition, and fair distribution of workload, we need to bring in a minimum of 4 committee members this year:
- Role: Club Secretary. Mandatory per legal requirements. Beyond regular committee duties, the Secretary is responsible for club record keeping and annual reporting to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
- Role: General Committee Member. Three new members required (but more would be very welcome)

AGM
As an incorporated association, we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting yearly, where we report financials to our members (you), and elect office bearers.
We looking for parents who want to be involved to join our committee. The committee runs the club, meets a few times per year, and keeps things ticking over. If you are interested, please email the president or make yourself known on the day.
The committee workload is not overly burdensome, however the work the committee does is crucial to allowing our kids to continue playing basketball.
