Due to the Coronavirus we had to defer our 2020 AGM, however we are unable to defer any longer - nor are we able to hold our usual in-person AGM.
So we are forced to hold an online (Zoom) AGM, on the evening of Thursday 3rd June at 8:30pm. The meeting will last no longer than 40 minutes.

I invite all our members to attend. I especially would like to invite any parents that would like to help contribute towards the running of our club to nominate for a position on our committee of management. The time commitment is minimal - the committee meets roughly four times a year to discuss ongoing management of the club, and helps organise the (full in-person) AGM and fundraising activities like the Bunnings BBQ and the chocolate fundraiser. It's our hope that we can start to resume some of these normal activities in 2021.
